Overview: Webmedx, a services company traditionally focused on providing clinical documentation solutions for clinics and hospitals nationwide, was in growth mode. The company was exploring acquisition opportunities and innovations in the market that could change the way transcriptions are delivered, captured and turned into workable data.
Objective: Identify a differentiated positioning, new messaging platform and visual identity system that are more aligned with the company’s internal culture and relevant to the market’s expectations.
Brand Design: By understanding Webmedx’s unique position and developing a brand architecture plan, the company’s identity was extended through enhanced visual and verbal expressions. A series of icons and graphics were introduced, along with strong colors to freshen the identity and emphasize the culture of Webmedx. The verbal articulation also expressed the “people” quality of Webmedx. The new brand identity was implemented across all mediums and continues to be leveraged in marketing activities.
