Overview: MicroCorp, a 30-year old Telecom Master Agency that supports agents and VARs with best-in-class carrier agreements and an innovative cloud-based back office application.

Brand Design: Beginning with our brand workshop, we delve into the brand purpose to crystalize the market positioning and messaging platform, and to design a refreshed brand identity program to apply across all mediums. We tapped into why they exist, the value they bring to their audiences and partners, and how they are positioned within their competitive environment. This intelligence gave us a clear direction for developing their messaging platform and brand identity program. We explored visual and verbal options until we nailed the perfect imagery and tone reflecting the brand. We then applied the messaging and look-&-feel to refreshed business materials, a new website, event branding and a robust client portal including an application.
